Meet Our Team
From his first breath life has been a series of challenges. To begin with he was 4 months premature and then developed cerebral palsy as a result of being dropped as a new born. As a child and adolescent he was ridiculed and bullied. He has had to fight skin cancer and a near-fatal liver infection. He has been told he would never walk past 18 years of age and at another time was given a prognosis of 3 months to live. Despite these hardships, poor medical advice and the lack of medical knowledge, Jason Rodie continued to find opportunities to improve himself. By developing the positives in his life, using common sense and relentlessly applying his determination, Jason has been successful as a person who can overcome all kinds of adversity. He makes it happen. He believes almost anything can be attained if you “see it, believe it and put in the work to make it happen.”
Certified Personal Trainer
Michelle Michel has been a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for 5 years, and has been in the fitness industry for 6yrs. She also has specialty certifications as a TRX Instructor, RKC Kettlebell Instructor, and Schwinn Cycle Instructor. The majority of her fitness career has been working with teens and young adults battling obesity. But she has developed a passion for helping people with physical disabilities through her position as a Field Coach with Arizona Disabled Sports. Michelle loves the challenging nature that comes with working with each individual’s personal disability, and creating a tailor made program for them to achieve their goals. Michelle is also a huge fan of music and is always looking for new artists to listen too. She spends a lot of time doing outdoor activities, reading, and searching for new recipes to try.
Dr. Bill Svoboda
You will find that I bring a unique combination of research, writing, teaching, administration and other life experience to my clients as their life coach. I work with clients emphasizing their physical health, mental health, financial security, ability to problem-solve and think critically and to act responsibly to others, the environment and especially to themselves. These factors for living an intelligent and fruitful life are detailed in my writings. Two of my books, Your Choices, Your Life and What’s Most Important?, will be included in all coaching contracts. Coaching is determined by client needs; your needs. I offer one-on- one coaching sessions as well as group/family programs and large audience events. Long-term coaching could include all of the factors listed above in depth or short-term coaching could deal with narrower concerns you might want to explore. I believe that coaching should be based on proven concepts and skills. Hence I do not recommend anything that I personally have not used successfully. If you choose to have me work with you, you will find that our sessions will be in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere but will be laser-focused on your gaining increased control over your life.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Wendy obtained her massage license in 2003 after graduating from Oregon School of Massage. She had a private practice in Portland from April 2003 until she relocated to Arizona in September 2014. Wendy continues her private practice in Chandler, Arizona.
Wendy uses technical skills and intuition to create an individualized treatment for each client. Her unique style integrates training in Western and Eastern modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Pre-Natal, Cupping and Gua-Sha and Hot Stone.
Clarence S. Womack
Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Certified Corporate Wellness Coach, Core Conditioning Specialist, Pound Pro, Kettlebell Instuctor, Author of Positive Thinking Workbook, US Army Veteran
Clarence served in the US Army for 8 years. While stationed in Germany, he played football on a German American team and was a member of the boxing team. After serving in the Army, he continued to play football for the Louisville Bulls where he set several records. In 2012 Clarence turned his passion for fitness into a career and became certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer. Clarence teaches his clients that positive thinking, fitness and quality nutrition are the foundation for living the life we all deserve.
